Lyndsey brings over 20 years of leadership experience across construction, recruitment, HR, operations and organisational development, training, account management and business development. She has founded, grown and led businesses through different stages of scale and change - including periods of rapid growth, consolidation and refocus - giving her first-hand insight into the pressure points SMEs face, and how to support people through those shifts.

Natasha (Tash) Cuffley
